Grim Film was founded in 2011 by Jared Lee upon the success of the short film, ‘The Long Distance Relationship’ which has garnered over 2 million views on YouTube and was a Top 10 finalist in the 2011 BMW Shorties. As a director and an executive producer, Jared has grown Grim Film from a YouTube channel producing short films, comedy sketches and travelogues into a full-fledged production house. Now, Grim Film creates both original content for its own channel as well as branded content for corporate and commercial clients, in addition to providing animation and VFX services. Grim Film continues to evolve with the support of its current team and has surpassed 150,000 followers on YouTube with over 19 million views to date while winning multiple awards in the process. And it all started with the love of transforming imagination into film.
